The Sacrament of Baptism is a Sacrament of Initiation by which someone enters into the family of the Church. For infants and children, this sacrament is administered independently. For those of age, older than 7, the Sacrament of Baptism is administered together one or more of the other Sacraments of Initiation such as Eucharist, Reconciliation and Confirmation.
